Replacement/Refund Qualifications
- Replacement / refund requests must be made within 30 days after you receive your original order.
- Item must have arrived damaged or broken, or must have appeared defective or have broken within 30 days after you received it.
- This does not cover damage or breaking that occurs due to customer misuse.
What Doesn't Qualify for a Replacement or Refund?
- Items that break or are damaged due to customer misuse do not qualify.
- Products that have been tampered with or changed by the customer do not qualify.
- Disliking an item in person does not qualify.
- Requests for a replacement or refund after 30 days have passed from the original customers receipt of order will not be entertained except on a case-by-case basis.
Replacement / Refund Request Process:
- Initiate your replacement or refund request within 30 days after receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected]. Include "replacement/refund request" in the subject and please share your name and order # with us.
- If approved, a replacement / refund form will be sent to your email. Please return the filled form to us within 48 hours after your request is approved. Additional materials may be requested, like photos of damaged products.
- After we have received your form we will begin processing your request. This takes 3-5 business days.
- Refunds take 5-7 business days once approved to process through our system.
- Replacements are subject to a longer timeframe of 1-2 weeks depending on the replacement being made.
honeyseed studio does not accept returns in any form, even if you qualify for a refund or replacement. Health codes, COVID-19 and general safety prohibits our studio from receiving returned products at this time. If your product breaks or arrives damaged we will work with you to replace or refund and are happy to help you find a way to responsibly dispose of the damaged product on your own.
